Remote or Office Administrative Assistant

Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional administrative support? Meyer Nursery LLC is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in CA. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely or in our office, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to emails
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Coordinate meetings and events, both on-site and virtually
  • Support the team with special projects and assignments
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
